As Adobe Help suggests, it seems that the error is encountered when there were installation issues for various reasons, although the software installed successfully. Well a banner is vague. Do you want a simple text one? Go to a site that can make text html banners then simply reference the image. If you want something more fancy simply make the images you want into a moving image like a .gif and then place into the web docs of your server, reference, refresh server and bam!

do you mean like zoom in when editing, or when a person's mouse scrolls over it, it auto zooms?
